overwhelmingly supporting the Instructional Support Levy on Tuesday,
December 4. 85% of the voters voted to approve the levy which will
allow us to maintain existing programming and offer exciting new
opportunities for our students beginning in the fall of 2002. Your

Both the Bettendorf boys and girls teams defeated their Assumption opponents in MAC action Friday, Dec. 7. The boys varsity record is 1-1 after an opening season loss to Cedar Rapids Washington. The Duck Creek Recreation Trail has taken a small but important step with the extension under State Street into Riverdale. The trail ends just past the State Street bridge over Duck Creek in a small park area. Future plans call for connecting the Duck Creek trail to the proposed trail along the Mississippi River.
The Attorney Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Iowa has sanctioned a former attorney for the City of Davenport for allegedly withholding information from select city aldermen.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced Monday (5/4/26) it will conduct comprehensive reviews of cleanup work beginning this spring at four Superfund sites, including the Arconic (formerly Alcoa) Davenport Plant site in Riverdale and the Mississippi River Pool 15.
