The Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc., announced plans Tuesday (April 6) to purchase the Vicksburg, Mississippi gambling casino and hotel from Bally Technologies, Inc. for $80 million cash.
Isle stock was up nearly 10 percent for the day to $9.61 a share. Isle of Capri owns 14 casinos in the U.S., including the Rhythm City in Davenport and the Isle of Capri in Bettendorf.
