A. Address the Board

1. Wednesday

a. Lee Lohman will be presented a plaque in appreciation for his contribution toward the Duck Creek Recreation Trail.

b. Ellen Bennett & Cecelia Barnes from the Jr. League of the Quad Cities will update the Park Board on changes to the playground plan and on their fundraising efforts.

c. Martin Bundy will be present to discuss his request for the Board to consider setting aside land for a BMX Dirt Bike Track.

B. Updates Regarding Unfinished Business

a. Review proposals for fee increases at the LFC and Palmer Hills Golf Course.

a. Review bids for golf course maintenance facility addition.

A. Special Event Request from Bettendorf High School After Prom Event to set up on May 11, 2002, and event hours to be from 12:00 a.m. (midnight) until 4:00 a.m. This request is only if Duck Creek Mall would not be available. (Approve, Receive and File)

B. Information from the Junior League of the Quad Cities regarding the Special Needs Playground that will be installed in McManus Park. (Receive and File)

C. Bettendorf Trees Are Us Committee minutes for September 19 and September 26, 2001. (Receive and File)

D. Bettendorf Park & Recreation Foundation Financial Report through September 30, 2001. (Receive and File)

E. Resolution #46-01 approving payment to Pleasant Valley Community Schools for the High School Tennis Court Project. (Adopt, Receive and File)

F. Special Event Request from Girl Scout Troop 2922 to hold a babysitting fundraiser event at the Community Center on December 1st & 8th, 2001. (Approve, Receive and File).
