Tanglefoot Lane Extension from Devils Glen Road easterly, approximately 1,400 feet and
widening on the south side from Cedarwood Court to Devils Glen Road.

 

. This project involves paving, storm sewer and restoration for the first stage of
construction of Tanglefoot Lane Extension from Devils Glen Road easterly approximately
1,400 feet and widening on the south side of Tanglefoot Lane from Cedarwood Court to
Devils Glen Road.

5. Council Member Gordy to present resolution approving plans, specifications and form
of contract for Tanglefoot Lane Extension from Devils Glen Road easterly approximately
1,400 feet and widening on the south side from Cedarwood Court to Devils Glen Road.

6. PUBLIC HEARING

Hillside Court, Maplecrest Road and Tam-O-Shanter Drive reconstruction.

. This project involves Portland Cement Concrete repair and replacement of manholes and
intakes.

7. Council Member Ross to present resolution approving plans, specifications and form
of contract for the Hillside Court, Maplecrest Road and Tam-O-Shanter Drive
reconstruction.

8. Council Member Freemire to present first reading of ordinance amending Chapter 17 of
the Municipal Code entitled, "Motor Vehicles and Traffic" by adding a No Parking
Zone on both sides of 53rd Avenue, from Middle Road to Remington Road.

A. Resolution accepting a portion of the storm sewer system for Century Heights Sixth
Addition. (Approve and Adopt)

B. Resolution accepting a portion of the storm sewer system for Century Heights Fourth
Addition. (Approve and Adopt)

C. Letter from City Planner advising Board of Adjustment approval of a requeest for a
variance to increase the allowable square footage of an on-premises identification sign
from 60 square feet to 240 square feet on property located at 1402 State Street, submitted
by QC Mart. (Receive and File)

D. Letter from City Planner advising Board of Adjustment approval of a request for
special use to allow two-family dwellings in a C-5 zoning district on property generally
located at the proposed extension of Red Fox Road, north of 53rd Avenue, submitted by
Middle Road Developers. (Receive and File)

E. Resolution authorizing the hiring of a part-time employee for Parks and Recreation
Staff per Resolution 145-91. (Approve and Adopt)

F. Consideration of minutes from the January 2nd City Council Meeting. (Approve and
Adopt)

G. Bills in the amount of $753,066.86. (Approve, Adopt and Direct the City Clerk to
issue checks as submitted.)
